Table Cost:
£100 Per table (per day)
£115 Perimeter Wall Table (per day)
Tables are non transferable if you double book or cannot make the show you forfeit tables and they are NON REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Traders are required to stay until pack down time to minimise injury to event goers and confusion any vendor who packs down before will be banned from future shows unless you have been approved to do so by event owner not a staff member.
Traders who have staff with them must be all present at vendor check in if they are not there they do not get a vendor pass and they will not be allowed entry without a valid entry ticket.

1x Table - 2 Staff
2x Table - 2 Staff
3x Tables - 2 Staff
4x Tables - 3 Staff
HALF SPONSORS - 3 Staff
FULL SPONSORS - 4 Staff
If you need more Staff then they must buy a Entry ticket no exceptions.
Table Cloths must be on all tables if you do not have table cloths we can provide you and charge £5 per table to have a cloth.
You are not allowed to bring your own tables or move our tables to suit your self.
We have the best Security Team in the country and failure or refusal on anthing here you will be removed and escorted from the premises.
